Job Description
As part of its team expansion, Regard Group is looking for a Driver-Courier to deliver sold products to customers.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and proper delivery of orders according to the assigned schedule and route.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle, both inside and outside, and monitor its technical condition.
- Report to work in non-sportswear or in the uniform/clothing provided by the company.
Required Skills
- Ability to drive using GPS/navigation applications and confidently use a smartphone.
- Polite and professional communication skills, punctuality, responsibility, and a conscientious attitude toward work.
- Valid Category B driving license and at least 2 years of driving experience.
- Knowledge of English or Russian, in addition to Armenian, will be considered an advantage.
Working Conditions
- Working hours: Flexible schedule — either 09:00–18:00 or 17:00–00:00, on a daily basis or on certain fixed days, to be agreed upon mutually. The position can be combined with another job.
- Products to be delivered mainly include lightweight gifts and floral arrangements.
- The position not requires handling invoices, payment receipts, and cash/payment collections.
- Preferably, during the first month the employee will use their own vehicle and will later switch to a minivan provided by the company. Other arrangements may be discussed during the interview.
- Gender and age are not important — female candidates and citizens of other countries are also welcome to apply.
- Salary: Fixed salary plus delivery-based bonuses. The exact compensation package will be discussed and offered during the interview.
The work is based at the company’s central office located at 18 A. Takhtajyan Street, near the Alek Manukyan–Nar-Dos intersection.
