ARPI GROUP is a fast-growing construction and development company entering the Armenian market with a strong vision, international experience, and an ambitious portfolio of residential projects.We are looking for an energetic, customer-oriented, and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team and contribute to the successful sales of our residential developments.
Responsibilities
- Present and sell apartments and residential units to prospective clients
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project tours
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Consult clients on available projects, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Legal, Finance, and other departments to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and project launches
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Experience in real estate, construction is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage
- Fluency in Armenian is required
- Knowledge of Russian and/or English will be considered an advantage
