HUMANA SECOND HAND FUNDRAISING PROJECT- is a well known second-hand retail chain, where we offer affordable, stylish vintage and second-hand fashion items. We are a circular economy company and a social enterprise, providing green jobs within the EU. Currently we are planning to enter the Armenia market and we are looking for a Sales consultant and Cashier/Consultant

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily store operations
• Uphold company policies and service standards
• Inform customers of promotions and distribute leaflets
• Organize products on shelves and ensure stock levels are maintained
• Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor
• Provide product consultation to customers
• Collaborate with the store manager to address issues and improve service quality

Personal Qualities:

• Strong communication skills
• Energetic and hardworking
• Team player with excellent social skills
• Knowledge of customer service principles
• Calm and solution-oriented under pressure
• Customer-centric with a high sense of responsibility

Qualifications:

• Secondary or higher education
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Experience in clothing retail is a plus
