Description
Due to the opening of a new showroom and the brand's expansion in Armenia (Yerevan), a distributor of professional tennis and badminton equipment is looking for a key team member.

Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Consult showroom visitors, present products, identify customer needs, and assist in selecting the ideal equipment.
- Order Processing: Receive and process orders from the online store and messaging apps, manage customer correspondence.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain communication with existing customers and conduct surveys to improve service quality.
- Showroom & Warehouse Operations: Receive and display products in the showroom (maintaining aesthetics and order), monitor inventory levels, assemble and ship customer orders.
- Digital & Marketing: Participate in the showroom's social media activities (take attractive smartphone photos of new arrivals, publish stories, understand basic visual content trends).
- Administration: Work with sales software (POS system, CRM/website), prepare basic documents, and manage email correspondence.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in retail sales is required.
- Fluent Armenian and Russian. English at the level of reading comprehension/basic communication will be a strong advantage.
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms.
- Experience working with sales management systems.
- Experience managing social media accounts; active personal social media presence is highly desirable.
- High level of independence and an ownership mindset toward the workspace (ability to organize yourself and maintain an orderly environment).
- Smartphone photography skills, a good aesthetic sense, and confident use of modern smartphones and social media.
- Interest in the sports industry and willingness to develop expertise in this niche (we will teach you everything you need to know—the key requirement is motivation).
