Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Manage and expand client relationships, identify new opportunities.
- Lead, motivate and support the sales team.
- Monitor market trends and identify customer needs in Armenia.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Requirements
- Has proven experience in sales.
- Knows the Armenian market very well and can identify customer needs.
- Speaks Armenian, Russian, and English (Persian is a plus).
- Has strong communication, leadership & negotiation skills.
- Is ambitious, result–oriented and loves challenges.
