About the Role

Nike Armenia is looking for an energetic, customer-oriented and motivated Sales Associate to join our flagship store team.

If you are passionate about sports, style and delivering a high level of customer service, we would love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, providing personalized product recommendations
• Maintain strong knowledge of the Nike product range, including footwear, apparel and accessories, and recommend products based on customer needs
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and ensure proper product presentation
• Operate the cash register and uphold Nike brand service standards

Requirements

• Previous retail experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Fluent Armenian and Russian; English is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a strong customer focus
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and achieve results
• Genuine interest in sports, fashion and the Nike brand is highly valued
