Head of Direct Sales Division

Main job responsibilities:

• Management of relationships with partner organizations, therefore facilitating retail product package sales
• Implementation of activities for competitiveness and attractiveness of salary projects and retail products,
• Implementation of activities focused on sales of card projects and aimed at contributing to the expansion of cooperation
• Management of relationships with partner organizations for the implementation of personal banking product sales projects
• Submission of proposals for establishing new products/services and improvement of the existing ones
• Local and competitors’ retail market research
• Organization of various effective promo campaigns contributing to the development of the Bank's retail business
• Initiating direct sales in trade centers, various companies and other public spaces
• Setting team and individual goals/targets and coordinating them with direct subordinates
• Creating an efficient and professional work environment, aimed at achieving best results

Required knowledge:

• Higher education, preferably in economics and finance
• 4 and more years of work experience, experience in financial and banking sphere will be an asset
• At least 2 years of management experience
• Strong knowledge in finance
• Good command of Armenian, Russian and English
• Good knowledge of MS Office
