Travel Consultant / Sales Specialist

Santa Maria Tours is looking for an Outgoing and Incoming Sales Consultant.
If you enjoy traveling, communicating with people, have strong sales skills, and are eager to continuously grow and develop, we invite you to join our team.

A minimum of 1 year of work experience in tourism is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service
• Research and present various travel destinations
• Plan and develop tour packages
• Handle bookings and reservations
• Collaborate with partners to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Assist with visa application processes and provide consultation to clients

Requirements

• Higher education
• Sales and marketing skills
• At least 1 year of work experience in the tourism field (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of popular travel destinations
• Experience in visa processing and support (is welcome)
• Proficiency in Armenian, English and Russian (additional languages are a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong customer service skills
