We are looking for a highly organized and technically minded professional who will become one of the key members of our team by connecting Sales, Design and Production into one efficient workflow.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer orders and technical requirements.
- Select the most suitable production technology (Digital, Flexographic or Offset).
- Determine the optimal production process for each order.
- Calculate material consumption and production costs.
- Prepare accurate production estimates.
- Create production orders and Job Tickets in the ERP/MIS system.
- Plan production workflow and machine utilization.
- Coordinate production schedules with the Production Manager.
- Communicate with Sales, Designers and Production teams.
- Ensure all production information is complete and accurate before manufacturing starts.
- Monitor production efficiency and recommend process improvements.
- Participate in implementing new production technologies and workflows.
Requirements
- Experience in the printing, packaging or label industry.
- Good understanding of Digital, Flexographic and/or Offset printing technologies.
- Strong analytical and technical thinking.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to make technical decisions independently.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
- ERP/MIS experience is considered an advantage.
- English language proficiency is required.
- Armenian and Russian language skills are considered an advantage.
