"Rancho Sirunik" LLC is a dog care complex with an area of ​​more than 5 hectares, which is looking for a physically strong, logical, responsible and disciplined employee who will fulfill the duties of a Worker - Gardener - Builder - Housekeeper.

Responsibilities

• Weed cutting, collecting and burning
• Pruning, spraying and watering trees
• Performing tree and ornamental plant planting work
• Harvesting fruit trees
• Performing construction work. For example:
  1. Physically assisting in the construction of new dog areas and the repair of existing areas,
  2. Physically assisting in the repair of the house,
  3. Implementing improvements to various parts of the Rancho area (leveling the ground, removing large stones, dumping gravel, etc.),
• Transporting loads (e.g. bags of dog food)
• Assisting dog caregivers in working with dogs:
  1. transporting large dogs from cars to care areas and vice versa,
  2. assisting the dog caregivers in separating dogs during random fights
  3. assisting the dog caregivers in keeping large dogs still during bathing
• Assisting the caregivers in working with sheep

Requirements

• Perfect health, full mobility and developed physical data
• Experience in construction (labor) work
• Experience in agricultural work (including with animals)
• Experience in gardening
• Loves animals and is not afraid of them
• Iron discipline - the ability to understand and maintain the work hierarchy
• Ability to effectively manage working time
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• The ability to remember a large number of small tasks, logically group them by priority and complete them without omissions
• Serious approach to assignments regardless of their simplicity
• Reliable and responsible by nature, i.e. completing the day's tasks, even if this involves overtime
• The ability to maintain self-control and make balanced decisions in stressful situations

Additional Notes

• Salary: 10,000 - 15,000 AMD per day, depending on skills, non-smoking status, which is highly preferred, and physical data
• Working days: Monday - Saturday, 9:00 - 18:00
• 1 hour break during the working day. Note:
  1. No overtime breaks are provided for smoking, drinking coffee, talking on the phone, or similar things.
  2. Outside of the 1 hour break, only short breaks for drinking water and using the toilet are allowed.
