Purpose of the Role
The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring the best talent for Cigaronne. The role manages the full recruitment process for local and international positions, builds talent pipelines, strengthens the employer brand, and ensure timely and high-quality hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy approval to onboarding.
- Source and recruit talent locally and internationally.
- Conduct direct search (headhunting) for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, offers, and hiring decisions.
- Improve the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and promote Cigaronne's employer brand through recruitment campaigns, social media, universities, and professional networks.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare regular hiring reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in direct sourcing and executive search.
- Strong interviewing and communication skills.
- Experience recruiting international candidates is an advantage.
- Fluent in Russian and English.
