Main job responsibilities:
- Drafting the profile of the best candidate with the relevant unit
- Selecting effective search options due to job requirements
- preparation of announcements
- organizing interviews
- realizing the process of determining the best candidate
- Ensuring feedback on results to the candidates viewed through direct search method but not selected
- Drafting and submission of proposals on relevant candidates
- Involvement in positioning processes as a best employer, including:
- cooperation with higher educational institutions and career centers
- participation in organized labor markets, career days, job fairs and various events
- visits to higher educational institutions and youth events-gatherings to represent Inecobank as the best employer and to attract the best candidates
- Participation in development and annual planning activities of the division
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in the sphere
- Excellent mastery of "Sourcing", "Head hunting", "Executive search" mechanisms, tools and platforms
- Knowledge and use of basics and tools of “Employer Branding” will be considered as an asset
- Knowledge of Human resource management policy
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment processes
- Good command of Armenian, Russian and English
- Good knowledge of MS Office

- Relationship management and maintenance skills
