Description

“Greatwide DCAGAT Agency” is a logistics company specializing in USA freight transportation. We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Contact and answer customers via email, text and call to confirm shipment status
  • Provide updates regarding pick ups and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments
  • Update dispatch team regarding shipment status

Requirements

  • Strong English (written and spoken)
  • Experience in Customer Support and Communication (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

working schedule: Mon-Fri 16:00-02:00.
