SPA Receptionist

Description

Golden Palace hotel is looking for a young, dynamic, self-motivated SPA Receptionist.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide clients to the spa procedures․
• Answer phone calls․
• Provide detailed information of spa treatments and services to clients․
• Manage reservations, changes, and cancel appointments․
• Process payments from clients for a spa.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree․
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English․
• Guest/customer relations experience, preferably in a hospitality environment․
• Good knowledge of computer skills․
• Excellent communication skills․
• Ability to handle conflict and resolve problem situations in a level-headed manner.
