We are looking for a Junior SMM Specialist who will develop and coordinate the company's social media strategy, ensuring increased brand awareness, high-quality audience engagement, and sales growth. This role includes planning social media campaigns, creating and publishing content, making data-driven decisions, and organizing marketing activities efficiently so the company can sell more properties, at higher prices, to more clients.

The SMM Specialist ensures that all social media activities are executed systematically, strategically, and in close collaboration with the sales department to achieve maximum results.

Position Result

A well-developed and successfully implemented social media strategy that ensures consistent brand awareness growth, high audience engagement, and strong digital positioning of the company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's content strategy.
• Manage and grow the company's social media platforms.
• Create copy, visual concepts, Reels ideas, and social media content.
• Shoot and edit photo and video content, including drone footage.
• Plan, launch, and optimize social media advertising campaigns.
• Monitor content performance, page activity, and audience engagement.
• Update and maintain website content.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports.

You are a great fit if you have:

• A degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Strong content creation skills (written and visual).
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media advertising tools (Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
• Proficiency in AI tools.
• Creativity, responsibility, and strong teamwork skills.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
• Salary is determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
• Office location: 8 Isahakyan Street, Yerevan, Armenia.
