At Cigaronne, we are looking for an SMM Specialist who will be responsible for managing and growing our presence across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others. The ideal candidate will help increase brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and support business growth through effective social media strategies and content management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with business goals
- Create, plan, and manage a content calendar
- Produce and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, captions, short videos)
- Manage daily posting and community engagement (comments, messages, reviews)
- Run and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns
- Monitor performance using analytics tools and prepare reports
- Research trends, competitors, and audience behavior
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams
- Maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, video editing apps)
- Copywriting and communication skills
- Analytical skills (ability to read insights and improve performance)
- Creativity and trend awareness
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of English is a must
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Portfolio of social media work or managed accounts
