About the Role:
We are seeking a responsible and proactive Shift Manager to oversee daily operations within our fast-paced environment. This role demands strong leadership, quick decision-making, and fluency in English to coordinate effectively across international teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the team during your shift.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations, maintaining high service standards.
- Monitor team performance, motivate team members, and foster a positive work environment.
- Handle incidents, resolve unexpected issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments and management to optimize processes.
- Prepare and submit shift reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Shift Manager, Team Lead, or in a similar supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Fluent English (C1 level or higher) is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Availability to work flexible, shift-based schedules.
