Join our team as a Room Service Supervisor and help deliver exceptional in-room dining experiences while maintaining the highest hospitality standards.
Responsibilities
- Organize and supervise the daily operations of the Room Service department.
- Ensure prompt, courteous, and high-quality service for guests.
- Prepare and manage work schedules for the Room Service attendants.
- Lead, coordinate, and support the Room Service attendants team.
- Monitor service quality and ensure high guest satisfaction.
- Train, evaluate, and support the professional development of Room Service attendants.
- Ensure compliance with the company's policies, food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and service procedures.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen, Front Office, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient Room Service operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Room Service or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience in preparing and managing staff schedules.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Work Schedule: 5/2, rotating shifts (09:00–18:00, 17:00–02:00, 01:00–10:00).
