FIORENZA is a new premium multi-brand men’s fashion boutique in central Yerevan, representing a curated selection of Italian clothing, footwear, and accessory brands.

We are looking for Sales Consultants / Client Advisors who understand that premium retail is not simply about selling products. It is about personal service, style expertise, building long-term client relationships, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• ​​​ Provide professional consultation and personalized service to clients
• Assist clients in selecting clothing, footwear, and accessories
• Create complete looks based on the client’s style and needs
• Maintain high standards of premium customer service
• Build and maintain relationships with regular and VIP clients
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
• Ensure proper product presentation and merchandising
• Participate in receiving merchandise and inventory checks
• Work with the client database and inform clients about new arrivals
• Achieve individual and team sales targets

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and presentable appearance
• Confident and articulate communication
• Responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented
• Ability to work with demanding and high-profile clients
• Genuine interest in men’s fashion and premium brands
• Fluency in Armenian and Russian is required
• English language skills are an advantage
• Previous experience in fashion retail, premium/luxury retail, hospitality, or high-level customer service is preferred
