Main duties:

Implementation of legal service of corporate legal functions of the Bank
Implementation of legal services for issues related to the operations of the Bank's management bodies (Shareholder Meeting, Board of Directors, Board Staff, Management Board, Chief Executive Officer)
Implementation of corporate functions related to the registrations with the RA Central Bank
Implementation of legal services related to the Bank's investors and external lenders. Ensuring the legal aspect of the Bank's international relations
Legal service of the procurement process, drafting and reviewing rent, sale, supply, service provision, performance of work, gratuitous use, donation, custody, licensing, cooperation agreements and other contracts and agreements
Implementation of other functions related to the legal service of the Bank's corporate legal functions

Required qualification:

Higher legal education
At least 2-3 years of professional work experience is a must
Knowledge of legislation regulating the civil, corporate, economic and labor spheres of the RA
Knowledge of Armenian (excellent), Russian (good) and English (good)
MS Office (excellent)
