SCOUT project team supervisor

Description

SCOUT project is a team of agents responsible for initiating sales conversion and increase, and making the selling process easy for shoppers. A Scout’s job is to be a tobacco consultant, ask consumers questions and recommend the best product based on their desires and needs.

We are looking for potential candidates for the position of SCOUT Supervisor. The person who will develop, motivate, and coach the agents. We welcome the candidates that are enthusiastic, have good communication and negotiation skills, are smart, active, punctual and good team players.

Responsibilities

• Know and analyze the market trends in FMCG business, reporting territory with the ability to share the opinion and make the necessary recommendations.
• Know the KPIs on the project with the ability to understand the calculations approach by demonstrating good analytical skills.
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics. Prepare weekly reports on the project and next action points to drive the results.
• Organize and co-ordinates the team working schedule, be involved in the documentation and timely payment calculation process.
• Develop a good relationship with partners and be able to handle questions, complaints, and requests.
• Demonstrate good leadership skills and a one-team approach. Motivate, educate, coach the team, provide development plans and timely feedback to each agent.
• Control project effectiveness on daily basis and handle requests from agents.
• Monitoring of stock availability at Point of Sale and arranging proper reporting to KA SV in case of necessity.
• Arrange and be fully engaged in the brand survey process, opinion collection or any other research related to the agents.
• Full engagement into the team increase/change process, involving the requirement and interview process of the potential candidates.
• Arrangement of the working place for the agent, including the suggestions for the new address program.

Requirements

• High Education.
• Work Experience - Minimum of 1 year of successful work in sales or marketing.
• Language – Armenian & Russian, English will be an advantage.
• Computer Skills - PC skills - MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) – obligatory.
• Availability of driving license and personal car – mandatory.
• Experience of driving min. 2 years․

Additional Notes

Working days – from Monday to Friday.

Working hours - from 13:00 to 21:00.
