Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager based in Armenia, with 5+ years of proven experience in the telecom industry.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in telecom sales, understands traffic management, and brings an existing client portfolio.

This role requires someone who can maintain and secure client accounts, oversee day-to-day business operations, achieve sales KPIs, and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with telecom companies and key partners.
  • Leverage your own client list and network to bring in new business opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain traffic to ensure consistent performance and profitability.
  • Secure and grow existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee daily sales operations and coordinate with internal teams for seamless delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed KPI targets, ensuring alignment with company growth goals.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the telecom market.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: from prospecting and negotiation to closing deals.
  • Travel locally and internationally when necessary to meet clients and partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in telecom sales.
  • Proven ability to maintain, grow, and secure client accounts.
  • Strong experience in traffic management and business development.
  • Established client network and ability to bring in new business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to reach and exceed KPIs.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for business when required.
  • Deep understanding of day-to-day sales operations in telecom.
