Sales Representative in Stellar Hotesl is a specialist in the field of Hospitality Sales and Marketing. His/her primary role involves understanding client needs, promoting products or services, and closing deals to drive revenue.

He/she also builds relationships with key clients to increase repeat guest bookings and prospect new business clients, networking, and cold-calling.

What we expect from you to do:

• Conduct efficient communication pipe-lines with clientele․
• Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking․
• Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities․
• Establish and grow our market share by developing and maintaining relationships with major group and catering clients․
• Support the Sales Manager in preparing the Companies overall sales goals and strategy․
• Analyze Sales figures and Sales Efficient Pipelines․
• Represent the Hotel Chain at various industry tradeshows, conferences, and adhere to the guidelines of the Company․

Պահանջներ

Our ideal candidate would have:

• Previous work experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry․
• Solid knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages․
• Solid understanding of industry market․
• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills․
• Solid negotiations and effective networking skills․
• Analytical Skills․
• Good organizational and time management skills․
