Sales Executive

Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting the hotel’s services to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and business partners.

• Promote the hotel’s accommodation, meeting and conference facilities, restaurant, and event services.

• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.

• Follow up on client inquiries and negotiate commercial terms.

• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the hotel’s revenue growth.

• Maintain accurate client records and prepare regular sales reports.

• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.

• Fluency in Armenian, Russian, and English.

• Experience with OPERA PMS is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong client relationship management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
