Sovrano Company is looking for a mid-level Sales Data Analyst/Business Intelligence Specialist responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting sales data.
Responsibilities
-
Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics and KPIs.

Conduct comparative analysis of sales performance against targets and historical data.
Dashboard Development and Maintenance:
-
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to track sales performance.

Ensure dashboards are user-friendly and provide actionable insights.

Regularly update dashboards with the latest sales data.
Sales Forecasting and Planning:
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine and adjust forecasts as needed.
- In close cooperation with the sales team and corporate leadership, build a sales monitoring dashboard.
- Maintain the dashboard with updates and necessary changes based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Train Sovrano's staff on the matters of the dashboard and sales forecasts, develop sales representatives' sales plans, forecast, and analyze sales.
- Manage the processes of designing, implementing, and distributing sales plans.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to supplier companies
Requirements

Higher education in relevant fields.

Analytical and mathematical thinking.

Excellent knowledge of Russian and English.

Teamwork and communication skills.

Working knowledge of MS Office programs, particularly Excel.

Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or any other dashboarding tool.

Experience in building dashboards using the above-mentioned tools.
-
Knowledge and experience with time series forecasting techniques and statistical analysis.

Knowledge and experience with Python and SQ.
