The Roof by Dvin is looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant
- Lead, train, and motivate the service team
- Ensure outstanding guest service and maintain the highest operational standards
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor team performance and drive service excellence
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Restaurant Manager or F&B Manager role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian
