Recruitment Specialist / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our HR team is growing, and we're looking for a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about finding the right people and enjoys communicating with candidates every day.


Job responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from candidates applying for construction and office positions
• Screen candidates and conduct initial phone interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
• Manage candidate records and recruitment databases
• Support the full recruitment cycle
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of English is required
• Previous recruitment or HR experience is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
