Job Description

The Receptionist / Office Administrator (HR Support) is responsible for delivering professional front-desk services, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, and providing administrative support across the organization. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees while assisting with office administration and supporting HR-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Front Desk Management

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general email inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, courier deliveries, and packages.

Office Administration

  • Provide administrative support to management and employees.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and company documentation.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other business documents as required.
  • Coordinate office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities.

HR Administration

  • Prepare monthly employee timesheets and submit them to the Head Office.
  • Maintain employee attendance records and submit monthly attendance reports to the Head Office.
  • Assist with the preparation of employment contracts and related HR documentation.
  • Scan, copy, file, and archive HR and administrative documents.
  • Ensure the confidentiality, security, and proper handling of sensitive employee and company information.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and Finance/Accounting departments as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Armenian/Russian/English)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
