Receptionist Day/Night Shifts

Description

L'image Art Hotel is looking for a friendly and welcoming Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will make sure every guest feels at home from the moment they arrive. This role requires good communication skills, a passion for customer service, and an interest in Armenian arts and culture. As a Receptionist, you will greet guests, manage reservations, and assist with daily hotel tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Handle guest inquiries, provide information about the hotel and local area, and address any concerns
• Coordinate room reservations and maintain accurate records
• Assist with guest services, including arranging transportation and booking tours
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
• Support the hotel team in delivering a memorable stay for all guests
• Other tasks assigned

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and approachable attitude
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Interest in Armenian arts and culture is a plus
• Proficiency in English and Russian; knowledge of other languages is an advantage

Additional Notes

The Receptionist will work either day or night shifts, depending on the schedule.
