Art Production is seeking an active, detail-oriented and communicative candidates to join our professional and dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities
- Quality monitoring and evaluation of customer service performance and workflow.
- Responsible for daily update of Quality monitoring files.
- Completing necessary administrative tasks according to request.
- Monitoring of department workflow via phone calls and other communication tools.
- Improving operational effectiveness and productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree ( basic technical skills are preferable).
- Intermediate knowledge of English.
- Strong sence of responsibility.
- Experience in the fields of betting and Quality Monitoring is a plus.
- Good communication skills is a must, good team member, fast learning and orientation skills.
Additional Notes
Working days and hours: 8 hours of work time, 09:00-17:00, 17:00-01:00, 01:00-09:00.
