Purchasing supervisor

Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Purchasing Supervisor to join our hotel team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who understands hotel operations, works confidently with suppliers and systems, and communicates effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily purchasing operations for hotel departments
• Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, pricing, and deliveries
• Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation
• Maintain accurate records in purchasing and inventory systems
• Monitor stock levels and support cost‑control procedures
• Coordinate with Accounting, F&B, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards and purchasing policies

Requirements

• Previous experience, experience in hotels or hospitality environment is a strong advantage
• Fluency in English or higher (spoken and written)
• Good computer literacy (MS Office; experience with hotel systems is a plus)
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability, professionalism, and a proactive attitude
