Purchasing /Import manager

Description

Homplex Hyper Mall is expanding its team and is looking for an Purchasing /Import manager to work with our international partners.

Responsibilities

• Establishment of business relations with suppliers in China, EU, Asia, Russia, conducting negotiations in English and Russian
• Establishment of correspondence and direct communication with foreign partners
• Conducting ongoing negotiations with existing partners
• Acquiring new partnerships
• Organization of all logistic interactions
• Control and management of all paperwork necessary for import
• Search, analysis and selection of suppliers;
• Analysis and control of price offers;
• Control of compliance with the delivery schedule;

Requirements

• Higher technical or economic education
• Experience in purchasing technical equipment is desirable
• English at a level not lower than B2 and good knowledge of Russian
• Knowledge of document flow in the field of foreign economic activity, experience in preparing shipping documents
• Analytical skills, attentiveness, responsibility
