Senior Product Development Manager

Main job responsibilities:

• Analysis of customer behavior and needs by using internal and external information sources
• Study and monitoring of changes in the banking system
• Regular monitoring of new products and offers of competing banks
• Preparation of proposals for the introduction of new products or change of existing ones based on the analyses
• Implementation of activities aimed at ensuring the modernization and competitiveness of products
• Elaboration of new products and ensuring the development of existing ones
• Development of internal legal acts related to the introduction and development of products
• Development of activities aimed at sales promotion
• Initiating and managing activities aimed at product marketing
• Conducting seminars for sales staff on introduction/change of new and existing products

Required qualification:

• Higher education, preferably in economics or finance
• 3+ years of work experience is required, experience in the banking sector will be considered an advantage
• Sufficient knowledge of marketing
• Above average knowledge of Russian and English
• Good knowledge of MS Office
