Description
Digitain is seeking for an energetic and highly motivated person to join our International Partner Service Team. Do you love online games, or are you interested in sports events? Don't you mind finding ways to manage complicated conversations effectively? Then join our team! Responsibilities
- Work closely with Digitain partners’ support representatives through online chat or other messengers
- Provide timely, accurate and complete information using the right methods/tools
- Answer partners’ inquiries related to services, games, bets and other products provided by the company
- Identify and assess partners’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with Partners through open and interactive communication
- Interact with Partners to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Handle partners’ complaints by providing appropriate solutions or find alternative options to solve the issues, if any
- Register all types of issues in the ticketing system for the review of corresponding departments
- To assure the confidence of Partners and build long term relationships
Requirements
- Genuine curiosity about gaming and a good understanding of the online gaming industry
- Proficient in English and Russian languages (written and verbal)
- Result-oriented
- Multitasking skills
- Creative thinking
- Attention to details
- Ability to work in high pressure and in stressful situations
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Prior experience as a front line employee would be a plus
- Willingness to work on 24/7 shifts ((is a must)
Additional Notes
The job is shift-based and includes morning, afternoon, evening, and night shifts.
