Job Description
Crusty & More, a leading sandwich shop with three thriving locations in Yerevan, Armenia, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day operations and drive the growth of our brand. This high-responsibility role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to improving sales, streamlining operations, and enhancing brand identity.
We are a high-paying employer looking for a results-oriented individual who can actively support our team, bring fresh ideas ("intrusive thoughts" in the best sense), and take full control to elevate our business.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations across all three branches, ensuring consistency and high-quality service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, customer satisfaction, and overall profitability.
- Lead and motivate branch managers and staff, ensuring optimal performance and professional growth.
- Monitor inventory, procurement, vendor relationships, and cost management to maximize efficiency.
- Analyze business performance data and provide actionable insights to owners for continuous improvement.
- Uphold and enhance Crusty & More’s brand identity through marketing initiatives, partnerships, and community engagement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations across all locations.
- Report directly to business owners with regular updates, forecasts, and business plans.
Requirements
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Work Experience
-
Minimum of 3–5 years of managerial experience in the food & beverage industry (preferably multi-location operations).
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven track record in sales growth and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Financial acumen, with experience handling budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
- Fluency in Armenian and English (Russian is a plus).
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working in branded, quick-service restaurants or café chains.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Marketing or social media management experience to help boost local brand awareness.
Additional Notes
- Working Schedule: Full-time, 6 days/week (flexible hours based on operational needs, including occasional weekends and evenings).
- Compensation: Highly competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.
- Location: Frequent travel between our three branches in Yerevan.
