We are looking for an Office Space Leasing Realtor who can efficiently manage the leasing process of office spaces while ensuring tenant satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to make independent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire office space leasing process.
• Attract new clients.
• Present services.
• Organize office space viewings.
• Conduct negotiations.
• Evaluate real estate.
• Prepare and close deals.

• Have experience in real estate, particularly in office space leasing.
• Enjoy interacting with people and can easily build trust-based relationships.
• Possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Speak and write clearly and professionally.
• Can quickly adapt and solve problems.
• Are responsible, proactive, and result-oriented.
• Enjoy learning, growing, and are open to new knowledge and challenges.
• Have computer literacy.
• Are proficient in English and Russian.
