Description

Ensure a high level of organization of office processes and effective coordination of marketing activities in line with company standards

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient office operations and administrative processes
  • Manage document flow and business correspondence
  • Coordinate internal processes and cross-department communication
  • Organize meetings, business events, and office activities
  • Interact with contractors and suppliers
  • Provide a high level of service for guests and employees (including beverages such as water and coffee)
  • Prepare meeting rooms and support meetings (table setup, order control)
  • Maintain corporate standards and company image within the office
  • Coordinate marketing activities of the company
  • Oversee and coordinate the company’s digital presence (social media and content)
  • Collaborate with SMM specialists, designers, and external vendors
  • Control content quality and ensure brand visual consistency
  • Participate in organizing advertising and marketing campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in management, marketing, or related fields)
  • Fluent in Armenian, Russian, and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of marketing and social media
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Google Docs)
  • Attention to detail
  • Stress resilience and ability to work under pressure
