Karl Lagerfeld and Pinko in Armenia, is looking for a professional and organized Office Manager to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff.
  • Organize correspondence and handle document circulation.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings and events.
  • Maintain HR-related documentation and records.
  • Communicate and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.
  • Collaborate closely with the accounting department and support administrative processes.

Qualifications

  • Higher education (preferably in Management, Business, or Economics).
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian,English and Russian.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email systems, and office software.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • High sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Perfect knowledge of the Armenian program/accounting software (AS).
