Job Vacancy: Office Manager at a Trading Company․

A reputable trading company in the field of export and import is in need of a skilled office manager (female) to join its administrative team.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Management, Business, or related fields)․
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in office management․
  • Proficient in administrative tasks, archiving, and drafting formal correspondence․
  • Familiarity with export, import processes, and customs affairs is an advantage․
  • Strong time management, planning, and task-follow-up abilities․
  • Proficient in Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)․
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills․
  • Knowledge of , Armenian, Russian and English (sufficient for conversation and formal correspondence)․
