Description

The Credentialing Specialist supports the end-to-end provider credentialing and enrollment process for healthcare clients. This role is ideal for someone early in their career, who is detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to learn U.S. healthcare payer requirements. You will work closely with internal teams and external payers to ensure providers are credentialed, recredentialed, and enrolled accurately and on time.


Key Responsibilities


Prepare, review, and submit credentialing applications and supporting documentation (e.g., licenses, malpractice, DEA/NPI, education, work history).
Maintain accurate provider files and track status, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple payers and clients.
Communicate with insurance payers, hospitals, and other entities to verify requirements, resolve issues, and obtain updates.
Monitor expirables (licenses, board certifications, malpractice, CAQH attestations) and coordinate timely renewals.
Ensure data accuracy across credentialing systems and internal trackers; update provider demographics and practice information as needed.
Identify missing or inconsistent information and proactively coordinate corrections with providers and internal stakeholders.
Support audits and compliance requests by organizing documentation and maintaining clear credentialing records.
Collaborate with operations and client-facing teams to align credentialing timelines with onboarding and billing readiness.


Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (Upper Intermediate level); comfortable following up with payers and stakeholders.
Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Comfort learning new systems and following structured processes and checklists.


Preferred Skills

Experience working with credentialing platforms, ticketing tools, or CRMs.
Process improvement mindset—able to spot gaps and suggest practical fixes.
Strong organizational habits and consistent documentation practices.

Additional notes

The first 3 months are a training period, and during this time the salary is 190,000 drams; after training, the salary will be 265,000 and will increase depending on your development. (The opportunity to get a salary increase every four months.)
