Mobile Crusher Operator

Description

A crusher operator is responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used to crush and grind materials. They work in industries such as mining, construction, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery, including crushers, conveyors, and screening equipment, in a safe and efficient manner
• Monitor equipment and systems to ensure proper operation and performance
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed
• Communicate with supervisors, coworkers, and maintenance personnel to ensure smooth operations
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
• Record and report equipment malfunctions, maintenance needs, and production data
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies
• Assist with other tasks as needed, including cleaning and general maintenance of the plant and equipment

Requirements

• Previous experience as a crusher operator or in a similar role
• Knowledge of crushing machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
• Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
• Attention to detail and ability to detect and resolve equipment malfunctions and maintenance issues
• Good communication skills to interact with other team members and supervisors effectively
