Emarat Armenia բենզալցակայանների ցանցն աշխատանքի է հրավիրում մենեջերի օգնականի՝ բենզալցակայանի և կից խանութի աշխատանքների կազմակերպման և հաճախորդների որակյալ սպասարկման ապահովման համար։

Պարտականություններ

• Հետևել խանութի ամենօրյա աշխատանքին՝ ապահովելով կարգուկանոնն ու աշխատանքային գործընթացների սահուն ընթացքը,
• Աջակցել աշխատակիցների առաջադրանքների բաշխմանը և վերահսկել դրանց կատարումը,
• Հետևել ապրանքային պաշարներին, ձևավորել համալրման պատվերներ, ընդունել և տեղաբաշխել ապրանքները,
• Ապահովել հաճախորդների պատշաճ սպասարկումը և աջակցել առաջացող խնդիրների լուծմանը,
• Վերահսկել վառելիքի ընթացիկ մնացորդները և իրականացնել վառելիքի ընդունումը,
• Մուտքագրել հարկային հաշիվները 1C ծրագրում՝ ստուգելով տվյալների ամբողջականությունն ու ճշգրտությունը։

Պահանջներ

• Բարձրագույն կրթություն՝ նախընտրելի է տնտեսագիտական կամ հարակից ոլորտում,
• MS Office փաթեթի, մասնավորապես՝ Word-ի և Excel-ի լավ իմացություն,
• Աշխատանքների կազմակերպման և թիմային համագործակցության հմտություններ,
• Պատասխանատվության բարձր զգացում, կազմակերպվածություն և ուշադրություն մանրուքների նկատմամբ։
