Marketing & SMM Manager

At Dimordai, we're building something real and we need someone who can tell that story to the world. No layers of approval. No legacy playbooks. Just you, a fast-moving team, and full ownership of how the world sees us.
We're looking for a Marketing & SMM Manager who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and cares deeply about brand. You'll be one of the first hires shaping our voice which means your work will actually matter.

What you'll own
Build and run our social media presence from the ground up (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok)
Create content that doesn't look like everyone else's copy, visuals, short video
Launch and optimise paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Turn metrics into decisions track, report, iterate
Work directly with the founders on brand positioning and messaging
Spot trends before they peak and act on them fast
Manage community real replies, real conversations

Who you are
2+ years in marketing or SMM ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
You have a portfolio you're proud of (show us what you've built)
Comfortable with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and ad platforms
Strong writer you can switch between punchy captions and long-form content
You know Canva or Figma well enough to not wait on a designer
Data-literate you know what a good CTR looks like and why it matters
You don't need to be told what to do next

Nice to have
Experience growing a brand from early stage
SEO basics and email marketing (Mailchimp, HubSpot)
Video editing CapCut, Premiere, or whatever works
