Marketing and Sales Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Sales & Marketing Specialist to join the Dimord.ai team.

This is a full-time opportunity for someone who is interested in sales, marketing, customer communication, and business development and wants to grow together with a fast-developing EdTech platform.

As a Junior Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will be involved in:

• Communicating with potential customers and handling incoming leads
• Following up with leads and supporting them throughout the sales process
• Presenting Dimord.ai services and helping customers choose the right solution
• Supporting marketing campaigns and outreach activities
• Participating in lead generation and customer engagement initiatives
• Maintaining and updating lead and customer information
• Collecting customer feedback and sharing insights with the team
• Collaborating with the marketing and product teams
• Contributing to sales targets and overall business growth

• Armenian language proficiency; knowledge of Russian and/or English is an advantage
• Previous experience in sales or marketing is an advantage but not required.
