Мы ищем инициативного, ответственного и организованного специалиста на должность помощника по логистике и секретаря. Эта вакансия — отличная возможность для кандидатов, стремящихся к развитию в сфере логистики и управления офисом.
Обязанности
- Помощь в организации и координации текущих процессов отдела логистики.
- Подготовка, проверка и архивация транспортных, таможенных и товарно-сопроводительных документов, а также привлечение новых клиентов.
- Ведение переписки и телефонных переговоров с партнерами.
- Ввод данных и составление отчетов.
- Организация мероприятий, совещаний и командировок.
- Общая офисная и секретарская поддержка руководства выполнять рабочие задачи, поставленные руководителя.
Требования
- Свободное владение армянским, русским и английским языками (письменно и устно).
- Хорошее владение компьютерными программами (особенно MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Организованность, аккуратность и способность быстро реагировать.
- Опыт работы в аналогичной сфере будет преимуществом выполнять рабочие задачи, поставленные менеджером
