We are looking for an experienced Logistics Support Specialist to join our Yerevan team. This is more than a manual data-entry position we need a smart, attentive problem-solver who can support real U.S. operations, contribute ideas, and help us develop better systems.

Responsibilities

Enter all load and broker information from Rate Confirmations into Google Sheets accurately.
Keep spreadsheets organized, use formulas, and correct missing or inaccurate information.
Complete broker setups through RMIS, MyCarrierPackets, PDF forms, and email packages.
Verify broker MC numbers and credit status through the factoring portal.
Contribute ideas for new projects, AI tools, and process improvements.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Support Specialist in U.S. trucking or logistics
Advanced spoken and written English with confident professional communication
Strong Google Sheets knowledge, including formulas and structured data entry
Experience with RMIS, MyCarrierPackets, and PDF broker setups
Understanding of Rate Confirmations, broker MC verification, and factoring approvals
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Patience, resilience, and the ability to remain effective under pressure
Availability to work from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM
