Responsibilities

• Load Brokerage & Dispatch Coordination: Source, negotiate, and book loads while coordinating schedules between carriers, drivers, and customers to ensure on time pickups and deliveries.

• Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with shippers and customers via phone and email to confirm load details, provide updates, and proactively prevent issues or delays.

• Carrier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, verify compliance, and ensure all carrier documentation is complete and accurate.

• Route Planning & Optimization: Plan and optimize routes to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure on-time deliveries.

• Rate Negotiation & Management: Negotiate rates with carriers and customers to ensure profitable and competitive terms.

• Data Entry & Documentation: Perform daily and accurate updates in Excel sheets and the TMS.

• Teamwork: Work closely with dispatchers, drivers, carriers, and team members to ensure smooth operations.

• Compliance & Process Adherence: Ensure all loads comply with company policies, broker agreements, and transportation regulations.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Basic English proficiency is required for effective communication.

• Work Experience: Preffered, But not required. Experience in dispatch, brokerage, customer service, or logistics.

• Discipline & Accountability: Take responsibility for work, meet deadlines, and remain consistent under pressure.

• Organizational Skills: Manage multiple tasks and loads at the same time..

• Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge required.

Additional Notes

• Professional Growth: Continuous training and career advancement opportunities.

• Workdays: Monday to Friday.

• Working Hours: 4:30 PM – 2:00 AM (flexible or rotating shifts may apply).

• Work Location: IN-OFFICE ONLY (NO REMOTE WORK)

• Overtime & Compensation: Overtime is available during peak periods. Salary is based on a percentage of completed work, so flexibility is important.
