Description

As part of its expanding operations in Armenia, a leading international financial services company specializing in Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) and cross-border debt recovery is seeking Legal Case Managers to join its growing team.

The Legal Case Manager is responsible for reviewing and assessing the collectability of accounts, managing client portfolios, placing accounts with attorney offices, pursuing legal collections through external counsels and where required, work in liaison with Legal CSRs and other departments to share updates with the clients. The role works closely with Armenia- and U.S.-based Team Leaders, Legal Customer Service Representatives, Client Success, and Sales teams to ensure efficient case management, optimize workflows, support client onboarding, and maintain operational documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Review accounts and supporting documentation to assess legal recovery feasibility and prepare cases for legal action.
  • Coordinate the placement of cases with external law firms and monitor legal proceedings to ensure timely progress.
  • Liaise with clients, attorneys, and internal stakeholders to obtain approvals, resolve queries, and facilitate case progression.
  • Maintain accurate case records, correspondence, and documentation in accordance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage caseloads, optimize workflows, and support successful debt recovery outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field. Final-year students are also encouraged to apply and will be considered on a competitive basis.
  • Flexibility to work evening shifts aligned with U.S. business hours. Working hours will typically fall within the 4:00 p.m.–2:00 a.m. (Armenia time) time window, depending on team and business requirements, with occasional weekend work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems is an asset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, attorneys, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in legal operations, debt recovery, collections, or case management is an advantage.
