Anchora is a rapidly growing BPO company specializing in back-office solutions for home healthcare providers. As we expand our operations into Yerevan, Armenia, we are seeking a Lead Agent / Office Manager to be our first hire in the region. This role is a unique blend of customer service expertise and operational leadership, responsible for both delivering top-tier service and helping establish our new office.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the local point of contact for office rental negotiations and agreements.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local vendors and service providers (utilities, security, office supplies, etc.).
- Assist with maintaining compliance with local business regulations and labor laws.
- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures that align with company standards.
- Collaborate with HQ to develop a local hiring strategy and compensation frameworks.
- Build relationships with local business communities and relevant organizations to support growth.
- Ensure the successful integration of Anchora’s company culture in the new location.
- Assist with onboarding and training procedures for local staff.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, ensuring professional and efficient service.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using company systems.
- Support operational improvements and best practices to enhance service quality.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in a BPO environment, preferably in an administrative, operational, or leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Operations, Management, or International Business.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and office operations.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must reside in Yerevan (not surrounding towns).
- Schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST. This is an on-site job.
