Key Partner Manager/Tourism Manager at Yerevan

Kazunion Touroperator by Rustar is a rapidly growing tour operator, part of the international holding company Rustar. We have been working in the tourism market for more than 15 years and are part of the international holding Rustar, currently with offices in 7 countries and organizing tours in 10 countries. Our success is based on a German management culture known for its reliability and high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• to communicate with travel agencies and build long-term relationships with partners;
• Research of the product
• Talk about new directions, promotions and tourist products
• Help partners grow sales and grow their business;
• Participate in company presentations, training and events;
• Constantly develop and learn with the team.

Work schedule

• Schedule: 5/2 and 6/1 (duty hours). Working hours: 8.
• Shift schedule:
• 09:30–18:30
• 11:00–20:00
• 12:00–21:00

Tourism is a dynamic industry, so there are sometimes duty hours on weekends and holidays. The schedule is discussed in advance with the supervisor and is formed based on the team’s work processes.
